Step 1: Planning & Design

Every successful project starts with planning. During this stage, you'll work with our team to:

Step 2: Site Preparation

While your home is being built in the factory, work begins on your property. 

Depending on your project, this may include:

  • Driveway preparation 

  • Site grading 

Because these tasks happen simultaneously with factory construction, valuable time is saved. 

Step 3: Factory Construction

Your home is built indoors in a climate-controlled facility, protecting materials from weather delays while allowing skilled craftsmen to work efficiently. 

During this phase, your home's framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical systems, windows, roofing, and much of the interior are completed before it ever leaves the factory. 

The amount of time your home spends in the plant depends largely on its size and square footage. As a general guideline, a typical ranch home spends about six weeks in the factory. Larger homes, multi-story designs, and highly customized floor plans may require additional production time. 

Step 4: Delivery & Set Day

One of the most exciting milestones is delivery day. 

The completed modules are transported to your property and carefully set on the foundation using a crane. In many cases, this process can be completed in just a day or two, depending on the size and complexity of the home. 

Step 5: Final Finish Work

After the home is set, crews complete the remaining work, including: 

  • Connecting utilities 

  • Finishing drywall at the module seams 

  • Installing exterior siding where needed 

  • Completing interior trim and finishing details 

  • Final inspections 

Once everything is complete and inspections are approved, your new home is ready for move-in.
