Sue-Thanks for all your suggestions as far as selecting fixtures, carpeting and tile. They're perfect! Thanks to you and Howard as far as walking us through all the steps to move this project along-It's our first new home purchase and there were lots of things we didn't know about as you gently moved us along.

Howard! You weren't even in the picture 'til we were well into his whole process, but we we're very impressed with your knowledge and experience, most of all your great attitude. Your suggestions as we were siting our house were right on, and the excavation and backfill and grading are better than we imagined they would be. We were also impressed as we watched you set the house and how perfectly everything fit.

There were no surprises as far as money goes. Nothing. We even got a refund. Eveything was detailed down to the dollar presented to us. Changes were priced at the time of the change and given to us to review. We felt quite comfortable because our bank had worked with Lake City many times before.

Your staff was excellent in every way. We can't say enough except we love our new home. We're glad to give Lake City Homes our enthusiastic and whole hearted endorsement!

"It has been almost a year since we signed the contract with Lake City Homes. Some builders might be getting close to completion but we've been enjoying our home for 6 months! We visited, toured and evaluated other companies but kept returning to Lake City to compare price, quality and selection of homes. We had many questions about the building process and we always received prompt knowledgeable answers. Our biggest surprise came when we learned that Lake City can and does build custom homes. Buyers can select a home similar to one of many models or bring in their own ideas and have blue prints drawn for an original. Rob gave us a check sheet and a time line of what to expect during each phase of planning, financing and building. We're so pleased to report that Lake City completed this process in a timely manner and whatever they said "would be done" they "did."

Howard has many years of experience and is very easy to talk to. He offered many suggestions and helpful advice to us. He was involved in all aspects of the building site and the "setting" and finishing of the house. He was a very hands on project manager.

The selections of cabinets, trim, flooring and more at the office were too numerous to mention. A wonderful idea to save time and aggravation of shopping all over. Sue's patience with us as we made our selection of colors was priceless. She was also very helpful with the financial end of things and all the paperwork necessary between the bank, builder and buyer.
