Lake City Housing, Inc. has been custom designing and custom building quality modular homes since 1973. We started out with one model center in Lake City, Pa. Since then, our quality workmanship, attention to detail, custom designs and satisfied Customer’s word of mouth has allowed us to expand and open two more model centers, one in Meadville, Pa. and our newest in Geneva, Oh.. In addition to Northeast Ohio and Western Pa., we also build in Western NY. We currently have eighteen models on display, however, your choices are only limited by your imagination. Well known for structural integrity, quality materials such as Andersen Windows and our in house cabinet shop, the hallmark of Lake City Housing, Inc. is our dedication to build your home to the highest standards. We use plywood for floors and sheathing and hardwood trim that “fits.” We are constantly upgrading as technological advances in materials occur. At Lake City Housing, Inc. you are dealing directly with the Builder, not a dealer or middle man. Our staff is dedicated and knowledgeable and available for you seven days a week. Full basements are included in the price of your home. Garages, Porches, Decks etc. are offered and constructed on site.
